Personal belongings, rubbish and unwanted furniture should be removed.
Access and key arrangements should be confirmed in advance.
Any agent or landlord checklist should be supplied before quoting.
Specialised services should be requested when the quote is prepared.
A bond-return guarantee should not be advertised unless JR Cleaning formally offers and documents that guarantee.
